- Sales Management - Commercial budgeting and determining corporate objectives for the business - Developing data-models for monthly and daily target calculations - Developing ML-algorithms for daily target prediction - Developing models for improving robustness and fairness in decision making process
- Supply chain data analysis using Python, Excel, and MATLAB - Developing projects for Orchestrating "First-Mile", "Middle-Mile", "Sortation Center" and related operations and affairs - Analyzing logistics performance, driving improvements on accuracy, efficiencies and costs - Developing KPI framework - Developing algorithms to analyze and optimize daily operational processes (e.g. VRP and Sortation center scheduling model)
